The purpose of data processing for which the data is intended, as well as the legal basis for data processing:
Purposes:
- ensuring the functionality of the website,
- to collect data on website traffic and information most frequently searched for on the website,
- displaying advertisements based on previous purchasing or search preferences
Legal basis:
- Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR: the visitor/user of the service has given consent to the processing of their data for at least one specific purpose.
- Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR: processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.

Data retention period
