Consent to the processing of personal data
pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended, I hereby grant Medusa Services a.s., with its registered office at Svätoplukova 2A, 821 08 Bratislava, Company ID No.: 35 854 197 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”)
consent to the processing of my personal data:
- including my name, email address, telephone number and IP address
- for the purpose of processing messages from the web form and contacting me in return, for a period of 2 years from the date of granting consent.
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time by emailing recepcia@medusagroup.sk.
Your rights as a data subject and how to contact the Data Protection Officer
Under Article 15(1) of the GDPR, you have the right to request information, free of charge, about the personal data stored about you. Where there are legal grounds for doing so, you also have the right to rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR), erasure (Article 17 of the GDPR) and restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR) of your personal data.
Where the processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the GDPR, you have the right under Article 21 of the GDPR to object to the processing of your personal data. If you object to the processing of your personal data, it will not be carried out in future unless
the controller can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the further processing which override the rights or interests of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
If you have provided the data being processed yourself, you have the right to data portability under Article 20 of the GDPR. If the processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR or Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR, you may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point.

Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in the country where you reside or where the Controller is established.
