We listened to what’s being said at the table — and took it seriously. We’ve updated the logo, refined the interiors and reworked the menu. There are new dishes, new drinks and a new menu design. And the most important part — the beer — hasn’t stayed the same either.
A new beer portfolio from DOCK7 brewery
The new Klubovňa builds its beer selection on craft beers from the Bratislava-based DOCK7 brewery. Some have already appeared as specials — now they become staples on tap. At the core is the new FRAJER 11° lager, brewed exclusively for Klubovňa. It’s joined by the Czech-style premium lager DOCKER 12° with a full body and balanced bitterness, a fresh Session IPA with tropical notes, and a light BLONDE ALE with a citrus character. You’ll also find DARK, a dark lager with roasted malt and chocolate notes, ONKEL HANS, a Kölsch-style beer with a clean, dry finish, and IPL — a modern hybrid combining the hop character of an IPA with the crispness of a lager. The offer is complemented by beer specials, tasting sets and combinations that give you space to discover something new with every visit.
FRAJER 11°
A new lager brewed exclusively for Klubovňa at DOCK7 brewery. Fresh, balanced, with gentle bitterness and malty notes of caramel and bread. Served straight from the tank, for maximum freshness and full flavour. Available on tap in all Klubovňa locations.
DOCK7 Brewery
DOCK7 is located in the iconic Warehouse No. 7 in the Bratislava harbour — a place where history meets a modern approach to brewing. This is where the beers that define Klubovňa are created. Craft, unfiltered and unpasteurised, with a strong focus on flavour, character and an honest brewing process. The brewery is led by Tomáš Holec and head brewer Mário Martinovič, who oversee every step — from recipe development to the final pour. Beer at DOCK7 is brewed using traditional methods that require time and precision. The process includes milling and mashing, with decoction brewing used for lagers — a method typical for Czech-style beers. This is followed by boiling, fermentation and maturation, which takes several weeks — without shortcuts or compromises. The beer is neither filtered nor pasteurised. Instead, it is naturally clarified during maturation in tanks, where impurities and yeast settle. This preserves its full flavour and aroma. Each style has its own character — from classic lagers to modern ales. Thanks to this variety, everyone can find their favourite in the DOCK7 portfolio.
New flavours on the menu
Changes have also reached the kitchen. The menu now includes new dishes that naturally complement the classics you can rely on. You’ll find more expressive, street food-inspired dishes alongside combinations that pair perfectly with beer. For example: pulled duck with potato flatbreads and Asian salad, jalapeño cheese fries with pulled meat and cheddar sauce, a pulled pork dog with spicy coleslaw, or a burger made from pulled pork knuckle.
There are also dishes made for sharing, beer snacks and options for groups — ideal with a pint and for longer evenings.
You’ll also find favourites like:
- fried cheese or cauliflower
- pork schnitzel on the bone
- layered cabbage (Kolozsvár-style)
- ribs
- beer snacks like head cheese or pickled camembert
And of course, the classics stay — schnitzel, fried cheese or goulash, just the way you know them.
New beer cocktails and lemonades
The changes don’t stop with beer. We’ve added original beer cocktails you won’t find anywhere else in Bratislava or Banská Bystrica.
Try for example:
- Dark Mule with DOCK7 dark beer
- Docker Spritz
- Hopaloma
You’ll also find new homemade lemonades — strawberry, elderflower or exotic mango & passion fruit.
And there’s more to come
The changes at Klubovňa don’t stop here. New things will keep coming — both on tap and on the menu. You can look forward to seasonal specials from DOCK7 and more new flavours to discover.
